Great Replacement For My Last Great Carry On

This roller skate wheeled carry-on is a replacement for my last High Sierra roller skate wheeled carry-on that I had for 20 years. The wheels finally started giving out on that one. Other than that, that one is still in good shape. That goes as testament to the quality and durability of High Sierra products. Although the new one is just a little in cubic inches than the full rectangle that I had last, it is still very good. This one is just a little taller than my old one by less than an inch. I have not used it on an airplane yet so I don't know if it will be okay for an overhead compartment. But seeing I used my last one that way, I think it will be. I like that there are a lot of different zippered pockets and ways to get in to different sections of the luggage.

Two Ways To Pack!

Loved the mesh pocket to put my water bottle in and the color scheme. The coolest part is accessing from the front exterior to pack like a traditional duffel or unzipping the whole suitcase. The wheels rolled without problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The High Sierra Carry-On Wheeled Duffel has some great features for a carry on. Specs are 53.3L capacity, dimensions 22”x14.5”x11”, and weighs 7.3 lbs. It boasts MULTIPLE pockets, including an outer zippered pocket (great for holding your phone, wallet, boarding pass), outer padded laptop holder (not zipper protected, but would be great for grabbing during TSA check and if you’re going to pull your laptop out for the flight), and 2 outer water bottle holders). Structure is semi-hard luggage with only 2 wheels, so it is not spinner, which would prevent me from purchasing in the future. It has handles on top and the side, as well as telescopic handle and expands to 2” additionally if needed. There are 2 ways to get into the main compartment, which is nice: traditional center zipper, as well as a zippered opening from the front exterior pocket. I like how each compartment is separated nicely by a zippered layer and there is a zippered wet pocket on the inside left. Realistically, I think this bag will work great for a 1-2 day trip where the bag is not thrown around roughly. It is made to be a carry-on, but I know sometimes airlines will make you check your carry-on based on space available and I’m not confident it would survive the checking process if necessary. My biggest concerns would be durability and no spinner capability (4 wheeled luggage).

Not Entirely Sure If The Dimensions For This Will

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wheels seem decent but it looks like it’s going to get a lot of scratches from the ground. The 11 pockets in the luggage looks really good. Some of the zippers have the holes where you can lock your luggage. It also includes a pocket where we can put our toiletries and two water bottle on the side. The front also can open what is in the inside for easy access to the contents in the luggage. The only concern I have is the dimensions does not match that of what is allowed for airlines carry on even though they are advertising and labeling this luggage as a carry on.

High Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carry on is great it has numerous pockets. You can even get to the larger pocket through the front pocket if necessary. As well as a cover pocket for the main area as well. It has a pocket specifically for things that might leak or be wet. I am unsure of if it fits in a carry on area (due to not having a flight planned right now) but it looks like it would fit almost perfectly. The zippers seem high quality and the green color is actually quite nice like a good forest/emerald green. There is also a zipper to expand the bag some as well. I did receive this product complementary for testing purposes.

Versatile & Easy Access For Travel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review of the High life by High Sierra carry on wheel duffel. It has two different ways to pack. Very versatile bag. You can access from the side like a traditional suitcase or from the front like a duffel offering easy accessibility. Has lots of storage pockets & areas for phones, tablets & water bottles, etc. I like that because it eliminates the need to carry a second bag when you have a traditional carry-on that only has one way to open it and no pockets. It appears to be good material quality with sturdy stitching. It has functional zippers & nice rolling capability. Storage capacity is standard storage for a typical carry on size. Must note that it does not expand like a hard case carry-on. There a little longer to keep trying like that it offers a 5 year warranty. Good all around a bag for your travel.

You can quickly access the pockets, store your items and grab it easily. One of my most favorite thing about this carry on is that it can act like a backpack having a front pocket that fit a small iPad or a 13”inch MacBook, so you can easily store your device, take out at the security and pop it back. With this, you dont need to carry a backpack for device storage. All you need is this carry on.
