We bought the bike on-line a week ago. We wanted to see it in person, but of course, none of the local stores had one, so we ordered blind. It arrived the next day! Easy enough to assemble, even for one person. The instructions on using the console are close to useless. It's a matter of trial and error. So far, other than frustrations with the instructions, the only other complaint is how hard the seat is. It looks way more comfortable than it actually is.

Terrible Seat Ruins An Otherwise Great Bike
This bike has the most uncomfortable seat I've ever ridden on. I tried to replace it, but it has a proprietary connection to the base, and there is no adapter that will connect the base to another seat. Out of desperation, I even used a chair pad between me and the seat, which only marginally helped - my whole bottom is sore after 10 minutes. I'm not overly-sized (5'4', 130 lbs); this seat is just small and hard as a rock. I have a $500 bike that I cannot ride and cannot return, and I'm miserable at the money I wasted.

Nice But Not Perfect
The seat is extremely extremely hard. I have put a seat cover on and it is not great help. One of the hardest seats I’ve had on a bike. In addition, I cannot set the timer for a certain amount of time. Or at least I cannot figure out how to do so. As a result, it makes me watch the timer a great deal. This is not a positive for me.

Very Poor Customer Service
This is an update to my previous review (LAW06): After about 5 weeks, loud noise started to come from the drive train, inside the main body of the bike. Reported the problem to Horizon Fitness via email (forget about going through the links on the registration page - they’re all dead). They asked for a video documenting the problem which I sent the same day. Since then . . . dead air! Haven’t heard anything - no warranty claim #, no follow up of any kind. Calling their customer service tech line is a joke, operators have no idea what’s happening. Seriously poor customer service experience.
