Bought this machine back in February 2026. For the most part, it’s a nice machine. However, I’ve had issues with the rows per minute count, it’s not accurate (it’s off as many as 300 strokes after 20 minutes) Marcy sent me a new computer did not correct the problem. Have emailed back-and-forth. They seem to think that it’s a problem with the user which is ridiculous. I’ve owned several rowing machines never had this issue. Not happy with customer service, they were good at responding to me, but never fixed the problem. Needless to say disappointed.

Junky "Computer".
Maybe other models do more with the computer, but it's a big waste of plastic on this model. It also tells me I go 7 miles with every pull. They were nice and sent me a new one, but it does the same thing. The rower itself is okay so far. It makes some creaking noises from the plastic.

Easy Enough To Assemble!
I finished assembling and notice a hole/cracked opening in the main body of the rower. I recommend but check it over before assembling.

Nice Piece Of Equipment
The Marcy rower is a nice piece of equipment, I have found their equipment reliable. This is still new and works well so far. It's great for combining a workout of building muscle and cardio. I also like the added iPhone/ iPad holder. It was a gift for my husband who did the gym and trainer's before the babies and he likes it.

Easy To Assemble And Great Resistance
Didn't take too long to assemble. Love that there's so many options in resistance. I am a beginner so it has met my needs perfectly.

Can't Beat The Price!!!
I kind of thought that with the price being as low as it is, this would not be that great of a product. I was wrong, it has delivered so far. I am over 200 Lbs. and was concerened it would be flimsy. So far it is sturdy, a bit squeaky but that is to be expected. The electronics keep you up to date on all kinds of information while you work out. Very cool product, especially if you are not sure how much you might use it. Yes there are better machines at the gym and for sale, but this is not a bad move if you are starting out!!

Great Rowers
Good product, the only thing I don't like about it is the electronic display has to use batteries, it doesn't allow the option to be plugged in. I already have over 5000 rows on it in less than a couple weeks and it's still working great.
