Very nice offering from MH. Enough Buffalo Spice to entice, but not to inflame your taste buds.I used just a little bit less water than defined on the pouch since I saw some of the reviews that when using the proscribed amount the result was too soupy.

Very Pleasantly Surprised!
Bought this to test before heading out on our first overlanding trip and was pleasantly surprised at how good it is! Maybe let it sit an extra 2 minutes to cook the noodles fully. I thought it was better than the frozen Buffalo Mac I’ve bought! I ordered more meals to try because this tasted that good, I feel optimistic about the other flavors.

Disappointed
If you like hot and spicy, this is for you. But way too much heat for me. Also, the noodles were not hydrated and crunchy, and the cheese still powdery. However, I put the remainder into a small wide brim hot food Thermos for 5 hours and it all softened up, and was a good consistency. Very important to really stir well before and after. This was my first MH meal, so I truly hope the others in the tub are better than this. I based my purchase on 5 star reviews.

Amazing, A Backpackers Dream!
I thought the meal was really good, defiantly buffalo chicken. Great meal to change up flavors on a multi day hike. Great quality. I put my meals in an insulated cozy while I set up camp, they rehydrate for probably 25 minutes.
