These are very good and a good replacement for the real thing all that is missing is the cold you get from real ice cream. Over all though it's good.

Interesting Novelty Dessert
Looks great, eats like a crispy cookie. Surprisingly flavorful. Ice cream portion looks and feels solid, but is probably super airy and kinda disappears in your mouth. Think I'd just stick with cookies for hiking snacks, honestly.

I have eaten many of these over the years. They are tasty and are are easy to share! My kids love taking a bite out of mine! I have eaten them well past the exoneration (2 years give or take a month) they get a little bit chewy vs crumbly. I also love that there is no need to add water!
