Nike Men's Metcon 5 UT Training Shoes is rated out of 5 by 6.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Mike7171 from Poor Design Purchased these and didn’t use the strap in store. Got home and tried to tighten the strap to find that it is really small and if you have larger feet it will not reach. Made it impossible to wear. Returned them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by DexterH369351744 from Least Stable Metcons Thus Far I have owned three prior versions of the Metcons and have loved the stability and fairly neutral rise they offer. I wear proper lifting shoes when squatting, but use Metcon's for everything else [bench, deadlift, overhead press, accessory work, etc], and the older models have yet to fail me. I order the Metcon 5 UT's as I kinda dug the ugly style, and thought the velcro strap would be nice during top sets. Unfortunately the forefoot of the new footbed so way to soft and offers very little stability when deadlifting/overhead pressing. It's such a shame that an otherwise great shoes has such an obvious flaw. If you are looking for something super comfortable to walk around in and do light lifts then these might be the shoe for you, but for any serious lifting try and track down and older pair of Metcons. I had hoped customer service would help me buy an older footbed, but that was deemed unlikley.

Rated 1 out of 5 by RobertoA597719666 from Don’t buy So I liked the style and look of this shoe. I wanted a good training shoe with no problem of laces. Tried them on excited and the strap barely grabs. I’m not exaggerating. I don’t know if I have fat feet, but barely squeezed foot tight enough to barely grab the strap. But they will be returned tomorrow. Don’t buy these. Unless you have very very thin feet

Rated 2 out of 5 by gladiscov03 from Disappointed in the Velcro Wrap I love the look of the shoe, however once you put the shoe on your foot the velcro is not long enough to wrap around entirely. I am very disappointed because I truly love the shoe, but did not like the way the wrap looked once it was on. I would suggest going up a size they are a bit tight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ksaus from Great for narrow feet I got these as a training shoe for the gym. Wore them for the first time today and they fit like a glove. I'm typically a very narrow women's 9.5 and the men's 8 was perfect.
