Rated 3 out of 5 by shoppin4sophia from Not enough support for high intensity training. I bought this shoe about a month ago. I do interval training and strength training. I feel like the arch support is lacking in this shoe. After an hour of weighted squats, burpees, etc. - my feet really hurt. I'm wearing it now more for just a casual shoe with jeans or leggings. I bought the white with black and pink - love the color combo and it keeps amazingly clean. Any little spots just wipe right off. Still disappointing to spend over $100 on training shoes that offer poor support for my hard workouts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AlwaysCoastalGirl from Had my doubts I bought these a few weeks ago and I’m so glad I bit the bullet without getting a chance to try them first. For me they were comfortable right outnthe box and I wore them the next day to crossfit. Supportive and comfortable. They fit like my true size so no need to size up or down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by KATerina25 from THESE SHOES ARE FOR WEIGHT LIFTING! ladies, these shoes are meant to be for lifting, it means DEADLIFTS, SQUATS, and WEIGHT lifting! NOT cardio or your crossfit!!! the flat soul is supposed to be that way because, again, it is essential for weight lifting, real workouts, not crossfit. so please do not give these awesome shoes a one or two stars reviews! buy appropriate shoes for your routine! I absolutely love these shoes!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jux23 from Very nice shoes for the gym, not for running! I love running and weight training but I wanted a pair of shoes for when I do only weights/hit workouts. My running shoes have the tendency to slip if I do burpees or mountain climber, but not with those! Please, these shoes are training shoes and not running shoes, do not run in these as there is no “cushion”

Rated 4 out of 5 by SueBee19 from The Best of Both Worlds I usually wear ASICS running shoes for my workouts. I over pronate so I liked the support they provided. Training shoes lacked the support I would need in my arches. The associate pointed me to these. I LOVE THEM. I use them for bootcamp type workouts, kickboxing, and weight lifting and they keep me grounded but they provide support as well. Not as much support as the former but enough for it to be comfortable. The best of both worlds. However, it there was just a little more support it would be a perfect 5 stars. Also, they are really cute. I got the white with black and pinkish color.

Rated 2 out of 5 by 1stTimePurchaser from 2nd pair of Metcons Love the feel of my first pair purchased at Nike. I wear those regularly. So this purchase was the second pair I now own and was able to find in the colors that I liked for my size. Majority of the reviews are quite negative but I cannot honestly comment to the use of them in weightlifting, cross-fit, etc. I do like that though they are flat, they seem to support and don’t feel unbalanced which is what I believe are the key purpose of this design. Haven’t worn this pair yet because I have been contemplating sending them back. I have given feedback about my experience and have yet to receive a response from DICK’S.

Rated 2 out of 5 by RebeccaC767960512 from Huge Nike fan, extremely Disappointment I always buy Nike sneakers , im an avid weight lifter who teaches dance fitness and circuit training, I usually love Nike trainers. I’m very disappointed in Nike on these ones. I’m finding the flimsy on the sides (bad lateral support ) , they loosen up as you wear them no matter how tight you tie them , something about the material. I found they’re slippery on gym and studio floors when you need some traction and but somehow they’re NOT slippery when you need them to be (turning, pivoting) These were a total let down for me, the Nike free run and the older version of metcon flyknit we’re much much better .

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Great shoe I bought these for my leg days because they have a flat bottom and I wanted something more stable than running shoes when I'm squatting. Super cute and very comfortable! They are true to size. I wear Asics in a 7 and these fit me perfectly in a 7 as well.
