I bought this because I want at least one bra that I can wear with one strap shirts and dresses. It serves that purpose despite me having a larger bust. It offers enough support to be functional.

Great For Casual Wear
This sports bra is a great looking piece, but I mostly use it with my daytime athleisure outfits, as it does not provide enough support for high intensity, workouts due to having only one strap. It’s certainly possible for yoga though. If you are top-heavy and decide to purchase this item, be sure to keep in mind that it’s not for exercising and best for wear with casual outfits. Very nice looking, stylish piece though. Also, if you’re in between sizes, in my personal experience, I would say size up.

This bra is very cute, I would recommend it for anything low-impact. When bending over you may have to do some readjusting to keep everything in place.
