She cannot really use it, it ties too much. She doesn’t feel comfortable.

The Earplugs Do The Job Very Well
Keeps the water out of my ears while I am lap swimming and works perfectly. You just have to be careful not to push them too far into your ears. I don't use the noseplug, it feels awkward and water coming into my nose hasn't been an issue for me when swimming.

Not Worth It
I purchased these three weeks ago, and on the first use, the nose guards fell off and I lost them.
