Be Aware If The Lock Breaks This Suitcase Is Trash
I have both the 30" and Carry-On. I have enjoyed both for over 2 years. Unfortunately, on my most recent trip one of the built-in locks was destroyed by airline mishandling-which is well within the realm of probability as the standout ever-so-slightly from the suitcase body. The locks are small, built-in pieces that are integral to the suitcase functioning as they are also the closures. When reaching out to The North Face about this, I was informed that because of how the lock was damaged, it was not covered by warranty. That was fine with me as I love the suitcase and was willing to pay for a replacement. However, I was surprised to discover that these locks are apparently not something The North Face attempts to repair-either themselves, or as a self service. The lock is, from what I can tell, completely removable and replaceable if one wanted to. The entire remaining 99% of the suitcase could easily last years longer, but unfortunately, this suitcase is now either an oversized paperweight or bound for the "recycling center" because of a lack of a process in place to get a replacement part. When reasonably and politely sharing my disappointment with The North Face customer service over the phone in a conversation that lasted less four minutes, I was abruptly asked to have an excellent day and hung up on. I am very open to being offered other solutions or perspectives on how I should proceed with giving my suitcase another chance at life-but I am saddened by The North Face's response to this. I cannot with good conscience recommend this suitcase to anyone.

Good Looking Luggage, Wish It Was More Durable.
I fly twice a year so I purchased (3) of the suitcases, on my second trip a ended up loosing a wheel. Warranty didn't cover replacement which was disappointing, also the corners dent in pretty easy.

Easily Damaged
Used it first time and its not durable at all. Side feet was missing and had a large dent. Weighs heavy too, thus leaving less room for your own stuff.

Great Design And Storage!
The overall look and design of this luggage is excellent. The aesthetic is sleek, the compartments are well thought out, and the storage capacity is impressive. I also really appreciate the included storage bags-it's a great added touch. That said, it's a bit too soon for me to fully speak on long-term durability. I've seen reviews mentioning potential wheel issues, which is something I'm paying close attention to, especially since I travel frequently for work as a catastrophe adjuster. One of the main reasons I chose The North Face luggage was the limited lifetime warranty, so I'm hopeful that if any issues arise, they will stand behind their product. So far, the quality feels solid, and I'm optimistic based on my initial experience especially with Lisa at customer support!

Excellent Bag, But...
This is a great bag. Unfortunately, the wheel broke off. TNF replaced the whole bag since they can't just send the wheel. Not the best solution but I appreciate them taking care of me.

Wheel Broke Off 1st Use
I have 5 of these luggage's. I was almost sure North face would replace the broken wheel so i didnt bother submitting the claim to the airline. Took almost a month to get an answer from NF.

Wheel Also Broke Off On First Trip
Isolating the one star reviews and reading those, I see that a lot of other people also had the same issue. Makes me not believe all the "credible" 5 star reviews, and wish I saw that before I bought.

I Would Never Buy This Luggage. It's Very Deceiving.
This product is not well assembled. They also claim to have a warranty but they do not explain what falls under warranty. The plastic side locks to secure the luggage fell apart during travel. This forced me to have to duck tape the luggage together to get back home. I thought this was going to be the most rugged bag and I was wrong.

Left Me Stranded While Pregnant
I used this piece of luggage while I was pregnant instead of a carry on, mainly for work travel. The wheel fell off after the third trip and yeah that was really fun to deal with while traveling solo.
